I don't know if this will find you it doesn't seem to be used anymore.
I have met you a couple of times the last time at Caringbah about 3 years ago, when I puchased your book from you. I really want another copy as I lent it to a friend and he has lost it. If you receive this please contact me at kt1@live.com.au and let me know how I can get another book.
